Dating Phone Call Rules

Women love talking a lot on the phone. For them talking on the phone is like hitting the pool hall. On the other hand, guys don’t just like being on the phone too much. But whether we like it or not we must make phone calls especially if we want to succeed with women. This calls for a certain guideline to be followed during phone calls.
      Call after two days
      The first important thing about phone calls during dating is the time you call. If you call too soon, you will create the impression that you are desperate and she will loose interest in you. Wait for two days after you get her number before you call. It will be a great mistake if you call the same day or the following day. But waiting for too long will create the impression that you are not a serious guy. Don’t wait for more than four days. Just imagine calling and having to struggle to let her know who you are. This rule becomes relaxed as dating continues.

      Know why you are calling
      You must always have a reason for calling. Although women love talking on the phone, they want to do that with friends. Call her to check or confirm something. Make sure you steer the conversation. Don’t give her the chance to spin what you say. If not a simple mention of seafood will lead to long lectures on fishing trips with dad when she was a girl.
      Let it be brief
      You call to find out something; that should be it. You are just warming up for the date. You are not dating with that help of technology. She might want to talk, yes, give her some room. But don’t allow it to go on and on. Do the talking face to face. Keep your phone call brief. Don’t overdo anything. Taking control of the talk does not mean giving orders. On the other hand humor is good but too much of it is bad.

      You must create the situation where she wants more. It is not good for you to let her talk herself out, but don’t be too mechanic. You can let her know right from the beginning that it is a quick call. The other way is to find a ready excuse before you start the call – like an appointment, or someone at the door.
